Product Overview
The MBB servo system uses AC synchronous permanent magnet servo motors, which are easy to control and have high control accuracy. Due to the continuous improvement of cost-effectiveness, they have gradually replaced DC motors as the dominant actuator of the servo system. The main advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motors are: ① accuracy, achieving closed-loop control of position, speed, and torque; ② Speed, good high-speed performance, generally rated speed can reach 2000-3500 revolutions per minute; ③ Adaptability: Strong overload resistance, able to withstand loads up to three times the rated torque, especially suitable for situations with instantaneous load fluctuations and fast starting requirements; ④ Speed regulation is smoother, with no torque pulsation, low noise, and minimal vibration.

• MBB AC synchronous servo adopts a truly high-end 23 bit absolute encoder, with full range absolute limit and intelligent overshoot protection. This product has a smaller size, simpler installation, and more reliable operation.
• AI scenario based pure Chinese English intelligent dialogue human-machine interaction interface, easy to debug and set limits.
• This model adopts rare earth permanent magnet AC synchronous motor, with three closed loops of current, speed, and position. Low noise, fast speed, and high energy efficiency; The built-in anti electric braking method can accurately control the actual limit.
• The control system is equipped with a fast start and slow stop function, and has anti-collision protection settings with anti-collision slow retreat height and speed. All wiring is made up of connectors, including motors, encoders, photoelectric radar remote controls, interlocks, and AGV car interconnections.
• The reducer adopts high-efficiency energy-saving reducer, and the turbine worm reducer can achieve self-locking, with a round-trip service life of 300000 to 400000 times.
• The planetary gearbox has a relatively compact structure, small return clearance, high precision, and a long service life. It can achieve a large rated output torque. Similarly, with a 0.75KW motor and a 15 speed ratio planetary gearbox, the rated output torque is 33.85N/m, and the round-trip service life is 1.8 million times.
• Double curved reducer has good working stability, high bending strength and contact strength of gear teeth, resulting in low noise, long service life, and a round-trip service life of 1.5 million times.
• In low temperature conditions, the system is equipped with anti freezing function. In severe cold areas, the system can automatically operate according to temperature changes, such as interval time/frequency.
